Answer: At this time, PayPal payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eChecks and PayPal accounts.
Question: Can I make payment by personal check or money order?
Answer: Yes, you can mail you order. If you send a company or personal check your order can be held until the funds are cleared through our bank.
Question: How do you ship my order?
Answer: Generally we use USPS or UPS, however we will choose the best method of shipping to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order.
Question: Do you ship outside the United States?
Answer: At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 states.
Question: What is you order processing time?
Answer: Under normal conditions, we ship the next business day. Delays can be expected during holidays.
Question: What happens if you are out of stock?
Answer: In the case of a shortage we will contact you and give you any options available at that time such as arrival date or refund payment.

Question: How do I activate or start glow products?
Answer: To activate our glow products you just simply bend the product until it makes a snapping noise. Then shake it vigorously, wait a few seconds and your product will start to glow. It may take up to a minute to achieve the maximum brightness.
Question: How do glow products work?
Answer: Most glow products use a two chemical process to product the glowing effect. Inside the plastic item is one liquid chemical and a clear hard plastic cylinder that contains the other liquid chemical. When you bend the item, you cause the inside hard plastic cylinder to break (the snapping noise) releasing the chemical. By shaking the product the chemical mix and start to react with each other thus producing the glow.
Question: How long to glow products work?
Answer: Most glow product will last from 4 to 12 hours. Our bracelets will last 6-8 hours of bright glow and 2 to 6 more hours of a dim glow.
Question: Can I reuse glow products?
Answer: No. Once the glow product is activated there is no way to stop the reaction of the chemical. You can prolong the glow by placing the item in your freezer and then later let it warm up to room temperature. The glow will no be as intenseness after freezing it.
Question: Are glow products safe?
Answer: Yes. They are both non-flammable and non-toxic. It is not advised that you cut or open the glow product as the chemical may cause staining. Glow products are not recommended for children under 5 years old as they can be a choking hazard.
Question: Do glow products get hot?
Answer: No. Glow products are very efficient in the reaction of the chemicals and only product light energy, no heat. Glow products are sometimes referred to as cold lights
Question: How long can I keep glow products?
Answer: Most manufactures state a 2 year shelf life, if they are stored in a cool dry location.
